一、环氧树脂金胶EMS Conductive Epoxy Gold- Paste
EMS 单组份环氧树脂导电金胶，具有优越的导电和粘接功能。环氧树脂金导电胶较银导电胶来说，具有更优秀的性能，能解决银迁移问题的。当需要较高信号传导时常选用它。这款金导电胶非常适合扫描电镜使用。对于氧化铝陶瓷界面、酚醛树脂电路板、晶体管头等均表现良好的粘结功能。在固相和混合电路中用途广泛，包括粘接缝合半导体器件、散热器、电容器元片等

二、EMS Conductive Gold-Paste
这也是一款单组分金导电胶，属于室温快干型，最大服务温度65°C，此款金导电胶不适合永久性粘接。对于测试和短暂粘接的工作特别适合。含金大约75%，金微粒的大小小于2µm，薄片大小小于10 µm,有机粘结剂和溶剂。冷藏保存有力延长胶的使用寿命。
Sheet resistance is 0.02 to 0.05 ohm-cm @ 1 mil thickness。
