1. 将TAPE WINDOWS (组织贴片带) 贴在蜡块表面
2. 用锋利的切片刀切出适当厚度的frozen section
3. 将整片粘有组织的 TAPE WINDOWS (组织贴片) 移到Adhensive coated slides
4. 利用hand roller 将组织贴片更加平贴在slides上
5. 将slides 移到Flash-Pad (UV 灯箱)中照射数秒
6. UV会将slides上的coating转换成可固定住组织的solvent-resistant plastic
7. 移除(组织贴片带)
8. 可以继续后续的fixation & staing步骤
